Accommodations & Lodging

We’re nestled just 30 minutes east of the Twin Cities—perfect for a peaceful escape without the long travel! If you’d like to extend your stay and soak in the area, here are some recommended local accommodations:

- Radisson Hotel – River Falls, WI
- Hobbit House – River Falls, WI (A cozy, storybook-style stay!)
- Lora Hotel – Stillwater, MN
- Sheraton Hotel – Woodbury, MN

Whether you prefer something whimsical or classic, there's a spot for everyone.

Dress Code / Suggested Attire

Come as you are—comfort is key! Casual attire is encouraged so you can feel relaxed, inspired, and fully present.

If you would like to participate in yoga on the first afternoon, please remember to bring your mat and comfortable clothing.

What to Bring

We’ll have you covered with: 
- Coffee, tea, and water stations throughout the day
- A nourishing lunch
- All necessary working materials and writing utensils

For your enjoyment, each day will close with a Happy Hour:

-You will receive a Buy One Get One ticket for wine or a mocktail

-Kitchen will be open for direct purchases (not included in retreat fee)

You’re welcome to bring along any personal items that help you focus and unwind, such as:
- Your favorite notebook or journal
- Special pens or writing tools
- Snacks or a refillable water bottle
- Headphones for personal "working time" or reflection

What Not to Bring

For the comfort and safety of all guests, outside alcohol is not permitted on-site. Thank you for respecting this policy.

Photography & Videography

We love capturing special moments! Please refer to the photo/video waiver document included with your registration for details on our media policy. It will be provided at the retreat. 

Registration Deadlines

- Early Bird Registration: Now through July 15 ($300 off!) enjoy this experience for $1125.
- Regular Pricing: July 16 – September 2 Spots are limited—secure yours early for $1425. 

A note: Payments will occur in two phases:

1. An initial investment of $500 will hold your place in the vines.

2. A final payment on the remaining balance will be charged to your card on file by  July 14 or Sept 1,  2025, depending on when you registered.

Refund Policy

While we are not offering refunds, we understand that life is unpredictable. If your plans change, you may transfer your ticket to a future retreat or event. Just reach out, and we’ll take care of the details!
